Growing up surrounded by the world of construction, Carlos Cubillo, son of founder Alejandro Cubillo, developed a passion for building and craftsmanship at a young age. He began his journey by learning framing and construction alongside his father, gaining hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for the hard work and precision required in the trade.

With a keen eye for business development, creative financing, and a strategic mindset, he moved out to Oklahoma City to start his own business venture, and working in sales he implemented his knowledge to help the family buisiness grow. Carlos has played a pivotal role in helping the company achieve licensures, establish a strong market presence, and secure valuable contracts and collaborations.

Carlos continues to create collaborations and work on various projects, and has previously obtained contracts and collaborations with the Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Intertek Inc, and Michellin Tires Re-tread Facility.
